This detailed analysis examines the success of neurofeedback as a treatment for learning disorders. Learning disabilities vary widely, which manifests in different educational outcomes, as well as in the strengths and weaknesses in processing information. Neurofeedback, a technological method, is utilized for individuals requiring psychological therapy and the rehabilitation of perceptual and cognitive functions, or for those who are struggling mentally, offering significant benefits. This study compiles and assesses the current research on how neurofeedback techniques influence various learning disabilities. The findings suggest that neurofeedback therapy has been beneficial in enhancing the abilities of children with learning challenges. Likewise, this study looks into the efficacy, limitations, and future prospects of neurofeedback as a method for tackling learning difficulties. According to the results, Cognitive Rehabilitation (CR) was found to be more effective in improving Sustained Attention (SA) than neurofeedback (NFB), with significant statistical evidence (p<0.001). Moreover, neurofeedback interventions have shown positive effects on the performance of primary school children with learning disabilities, as measured by Wechsler's tests (P<0.05). The review also covers the implications for upcoming research and the possible applications in both educational and clinical environments.

The present study investigated the relationship between managers'' managerial skills and job satisfaction. Management skills in managerial communication are very sensitive to obtain the job satisfaction of colleagues and customers in all stages of work. Various factors such as individual characteristics, type of work environment, and management skills are effective in the performance of employees. Management in the general sense is defined from different perspectives. Marie Parker Falt says: "Management is the art of getting things done by others". In this sense, anyone who can do things using the power of others is a manager. In other words, the manager is the coordinator and controller of collective activities to achieve the desired goal of the organization with maximum efficiency. In a more comprehensive definition, management is said to be the coordination of human and material resources in order to achieve organizational goals. The results of the present study showed that dynamic and efficient managers, in addition to tasks such as planning, organizing, and monitoring, making effective and applying science, should also put organizational change at the forefront of their affairs. Fundamental changes are usually impossible without the support and willingness of employees. If people are not satisfied with the current situation, they are not willing to make sacrifices, unless they see benefits in it and believe that change is possible. Organizational productivity cannot be considered without effective communication. Competent managers know how to communicate effectively with employees.

The results of the research showed that there is a direct relationship between the tendencies to risky behavior based on the religious attitude. The tendency to risky behavior based on religious attitude has an indirect relationship with the mediation of time perspective. The results of this research with Shokri et al. (2015), Amiri et al. (2016), Malakoti et al. (2017), Najarian Toosi, Talebian Sharif, Abd Khodaei (2019), Reininger (2005) are consistent. Risky behaviors are behaviors that endanger the health and well-being of teenagers and young people. Based on this, risky behaviors are divided into two groups, the first group includes behaviors that endanger the health of the individual, and the second group includes behaviors that threaten the health and well-being of other members of society. Therefore, since the level of vulnerability of teenagers and young people is higher compared to other age groups, there is a greater tendency towards this type of behavior. No society can claim health if it does not have healthy families. There is no doubt that none of the social harms are independent of the influence of the family. The family is the most basic institution for socializing children, especially in the early critical years of life. Under the right conditions, the family prepares children to realize their potential and to assume useful roles in society as adults. In the process of socialization in the family, children learn their parents' actions, imitation and imitation, which are the most important ways of transmitting social values, norms and traditions. Most psychologists, regardless of the school they believe in, consider interactions between parents and their children as the basis of emotional development. Parents' interactions with their children and their parenting methods are factors related to high-risk behaviors.
